Stockholm Skyline – A Bird Eye View From The Ericsson Globe Skyview

22 May

Just looked through some photos from last year and stumbled over these from October 2012, when me and my fiancé went up the sky with The Ericsson Globe Skyview. 130 m above sea level. Scary, but what a view! :)

7 interesting things about myself (ehum…):

  1. When I go to the liquor store I have to show my Id-card because they seem to think I am under aged, i.e. under 20. Well, that was 12 years ago now, but hey – I’m happy to look that young! ;)
  2. I grew up in a small village in south east of Sweden, population 4 000.
  3. Despite the fact I am now working as a swimming teacher, I was terrified of water as young and didn’t learn to swim until I was 14 years old.
  4. I was a tomboy when I was a child. Grew up with brothers, played with boys or other tomboys. But despite that fact, my favourite toy was Barbie and I have tons of them!
  5. My maternal grandmother is my role model. She was a genuine woman. Naive in a way, but totally kind-hearted.
  6. I really love running/jogging, it’s my favourite sport.
  7. I’m short, but my brothers are tall. When I was younger I had complex about my height, but now I must say I prefer being short! My height? 157 cm. One of my brothers are 187 cm… ;)

Where Did Spring Go? Here Is Summer! <3

20 May

Where is spring? Here in Sweden we enjoy the almost direct skip from winter to summer, but where did spring go? Well, joking a little bit here, but at the moment it’s a fusion of spring and summer here.

The bad thing with this “boom” is that the allergic reaction people get of all the pollen. Me myself is not really allergic, but at the moment feel like I’m having a sore throat due to this. I really feel for you true allergic out there! :(

Today I went on a lovely jogging tour, and after that I sat in the sun. Hopefully the sun stays! :)

One Year Apart – I Love My Hair

16 May

It’s one year between those pics. The first one is from May 2012 and the second one is from May 2013. I cut my hair really short a couple of years ago, even shorter than on the first pic. I had like 3 cm of hair when I cut it 2 years ago, but regretted it eventually and wanted my long hair back again. So now I’m fighting for it. Btw, I have a hair extension on the second pic that is 5-10 cm longer than my own hair, but soon – soon I’m there for real!

Someday soon I will show you my hair metamorphosis that I have gone through last 2½ years. You won’t believe your eyes…
