Summer in the Swedish archipelago

28 Aug

As I said earlier, this summer was extremely much about travelling. First of all we went to Tallinn/Estonia, then we went to my parents who live in the south east of Sweden, and after that I went to London and the Olympic Games! More about the Olympics further on, but this blog is about taking my parents boat out in the archipelago. Luckily we had quite nice weather that day, except for a brief rain shower that came during ten minutes or so, but looking at the mainlands we could watch a thunderstorm many miles away from us, thunders, lightning and all.

All in all, these are lovely pics I wanna show you all that sums up why Sweden is fantastic. Enjoy!

Wow! My dad’s family is originally from that part of Sweden. I had no idea it was so beautiful.

Really? How exciting, do you know which town they came from? 🙂

Went by the Archipelago on the way out of Stockholm for our cruise, and man was it gorgeous!
